Producing air cushion mats is a child’s play when using the suitable machine. The activaAir BP2000 and BP4000 produce them at different speeds. For small to average dispatch volumes the BP2000 is an outstanding solution. It produces 5 meters of filled air mats per minute. For large dispatch volumes we offer the BP4000 air cushion machine – the Basic variant can fill 8 -15 meters of air mats with air per minute.
Advantages of the air mats
The air filling material can be produced rapidly and easily. Put the bubble wrap film on the device of the air cushion machine and thread the film over the blower. Then you only have to push the film through by pressing the button “Film in” and the start button - there you go!
The mat film has a thickness of 18µ and is a HDPE film. It is available in different types from activaRange. The most used air cushion mat is the 7 Tube which is also lovingly called ice cube mat. It is very popular since it has lots of small chambers. It is preferred to wrap glass or bottles since thus the products are very well protected against impacts and vibrations during transportation. We also offer the 4 Tube and 2 Tube packaging air mats.
